Where can I find my tour links?

  1. Go to the Summary Tab of your virtual tour. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
  2. Scroll down the Summary page of the tour editing, you will see a button with a chain link image labeled “Tour Links”. Click this button.
  3. Choose the type of virtual tour needed. Note: Most MLS’ do not accept branded links. Please select and unbranded tour link for use on your MLS.
  4. Click in the box labeled “copy your link”. The link will highlight, right-click and copy your tour link.
  5. You can now “paste” your custom link wherever it is needed

How do I download my photos?

  1. Go to the Summary Tab of your virtual tour. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
  2. On the Tour Summary page, scroll down and you will see a button with a green down arrow labeled “Download Photos”, click this button.
  3. At the top left you will see “Step #1: Select Photo Size”. Use the drop down menu to choose your photo size. For your convenience we have 4 preset sizes you can choose from: Full Size (highest resolution), Small (640×480), Medium (1024×768), and Large (1600×1200). Additionally you can select Custom Size and enter the width and height dimensions to any size needed.

  4. To download all your images, click the red “Download All Photos” button. If you would like to download an individual photo, click on the photo thumbnail. Please note, if you choose the “Download All Photos” option, all your images will be contained in one .zip file.
  5. Once you have clicked on a single photo to download or have clicked the “Download All Photos” button, your browser will prompt you to save the file.
  6. If you downloaded your photos individually, they will be saved as a .jpg and no further action is needed. If you used the “Download All Photos”, your photos are now contained in a .zip file. You need to extract the photos from this file, to do so right-click on the file and choose “extract all…”

How do I change my price?

  1. Go to the Summary Tab of your virtual tour. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
  2. On the left side, click the grey tab labeled “Features”.
  3. Scroll down to the section labeled “Details”, and you will see a field labeled “List Price”.
  4. Type your new price into this field. If this field is grayed out, you will need to remove check mark next to the “price sync” option that is above your price.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click save changes

How do I activate my tour?

  1. Go to the Summary Tab of your virtual tour. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
  2. On the left side, click the gray tab labeled “Activation” (you may need to scroll down to see this tab)
  3. Depending on your TourFactory account, you will now be able to move the tour status to active and save your changes. Otherwise your payment options will be displayed.

  4. Choose a payment option and complete the checkout process. Once the checkout has been completed, your tour will be active

My listing is sold/pending/expired, where can I change the tour status?

  1. Go to the Summary Tab of your virtual tour. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
  2. On the left side, click the gray tab labeled “Activation” (you may need to scroll down to see this tab)
  3. You will now be able to move the tour status to the desired position and save your changes.

How do I add a MLS number to my tour?

  1. Go to the Summary Tab of your virtual tour. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
  2. On the left side, click the gray tab labeled “Features”.
  3. Enter your MLS number in the field labeled “Primary MLS Number”.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click save changes.

Where can I add music to my tour?

  1. Go to the Summary Tab of your virtual tour. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
  2. On the left side, click the gray tab labeled “Theme”.
  3. Scroll down to the middle of the page and you will see the Background Music  section.

  4. Click the red button labeled “Change”.
  5. This will display the song selection list. You can preview a song by clicking on the play icon to the left.
  6. To choose a song for your tour, click button to the right of the song name labeled “Select”.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click save changes.

How do I add my seller’s email address to receive the weekly traffic report?

  1. Go to the Summary Tab of your virtual tour. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
  2. On the left side, click the gray tab labeled “Features”.
  3. Scroll almost all the way to the bottom of the page, you will see a field labeled “Seller’s Email”. Enter your seller’s email address here.
  4. Choose which day of the week you would like the seller to receive the report. You will always receive the report on the same day as your seller.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save Changes”.

Where can I see my photography receipt?

  1. Go to the Summary Tab of your virtual tour. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
  2. On the Tour Summary page, scroll down and you will see section labeled “Related Orders.”  Click on the date and amount of your purchase to see the receipt for this order.
