1. Go to the Summary Tab of your virtual tour. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
2. On the left hand side, click the grey tab labeled “Features”
3. In the second section down, click the drop down menu titled “Property Type”

On the Tour Summary page, scroll down and you will see section labeled “Related Orders.”  Click on the date and amount of your purchase to see the receipt for this order.

8. Now we need to add perimeters to launch your inventory in full screen mode. Click to the right of highlighted path, the text should no longer be highlighted. Type a space after the path and “-k”. Add another space. Now right-click and choose “paste” to paste your previously copied “Slideshow” link. See screen shot below for an example of how your shortcut text should appear.

9. Click “Next”.

10. Enter a name for your shortcut. Example: TourFactory Full Screen Inventory

11. Click “Finish”.
12. The shortcut on your desktop will now launch your office tour inventory in full screen whenever you’d like to display it. All you have to do is double click the shortcut icon!

12. Now we need to set this page to open every time the computer is restarted. We are going to achieve this by copying your newly created shortcut to your “Startup” folder. First, right-click on your new shortcut and select “Copy”.

13. Click on your Windows “Start” button.

15. Right click on the folder titled “Startup” and select “Explore all users”.

16. A new window will now appear displaying the contents of your “Startup” folder. Right-click inside the folder and select “Paste”. Your shortcut should now appear in your “Startup” folder.

17. We now want to adjust the screen saver and power settings for this computer. This will ensure your office inventory displays on the screen without interruption. Right-click on your Desktop and select “Personalize”.

18. Select “Screen Saver” from the bottom right.

19. Use the drop down menu to select “(None)” as your screen saver and click “Apply”.

21. On the left side, click “Create a power plan”.

22. Type a name for your power plan, I recommend “Always On”. Click Next.

23. Change the drop down menu for “Turn off the display” and “Put the computer to sleep” to both read “Never”, click Create.

24. (Steps 24-28 are optional) – We now want to set this computer to start up without requiring a log in. Click your Windows “Start” button.
25. In the search bar, type “netplwiz” and press enter on your keyboard.

26. A new window will appear showing the computer’s current users. Remove the check mark next to “Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer” and click “Apply”. If you do not see this check box, contact your office IT professional for further assistance.

27. A new window will appear prompting you to enter you password . Once you have entered your, click “OK”.

28. Click “OK” on the User Accounts window.

29. Each time your computer is restarted it will automatically log in and begin displaying your office’s virtual tour inventory!

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link labeled “Lobby Slideshow”. The link will highlight. On your Google TV keyboard, press “Ctrl+C” to copy the link.

Move your mouse to the top of the screen, the browser’s address bar will appear. Click in the address bar and press “Ctrl+V” to paste your Lobby Slideshow link. Press Enter.

Select “Add to home screen”.

Enter a label for your Lobby Slideshow and click OK. This label will appear under the TourFactory icon on your “All Apps” screen your home screen shortcut.

(Steps 11-16 are optional) Your TourFactory Lobby Slideshow icon can appear on your home screen toolbar for easy access. To move the icon to your home screen, press the home key  on your controller.

Once the home screen toolbar has opened on the bottom of the TV, press the menu key  on your controller.

A new window will open. To share this tour link to your business page, click the drop down menu next to the “Share:” at the top of the page, select “On your Page”.

In the “Facebook Connection” section, click the red link labeled “Click here”.

You will now see the TourFactory Agent’s Featured Listings Facebook page. Click on the grey button labeled “Go to App”.

It will then take you to a new page, click the blue button labeled “Go to App”.

TourFactory Agent’s Featured Listings will then ask for access to your Facebook account, click the blue button labeled “Allow”.

It will then take you to a new page, next to Step 1a click on the blue link labeled “Click to Grant Access.”

You will now see the “Add Page Tab” screen, select the page from the drop down that you would like to add the My Listings tab to, then click the blue button labeled “Add Page Tab”.

Next to Step 1B, use the drop down menu to select the page that you would like to add the My Listings tab to.

Next to Step 2 enter your TourFactory login email address.

Next to Step 3 click the drop down menu and choose if you would like just your listings to be displayed or if you would like all your office listings to appear on your My Listings tab. Note: Only office listings with TourFactory virtual tours will appear.

Click the blue “Submit” button at the bottom of the page. Now all active and pending virtual tours will appear on your My Listings tab on your Facebook page.

3. Click the red button labeled “New Postcard”.

4. You will now see thumbnail images of all our different postcard templates. You will notice there are templates for both the front and back sides of the postcard. Start with a “Front” template. Once you have found a template you would like to use, simply click the thumbnail image of that template.
5. Select your “Postcard Title” by using the first drop down menu.

6. You can now select the photo(s) you would like to use on the postcard. To use a photo that has already been uploaded to your tour, click the drop down menu under the photo position you would like to change and select the photo from the list. Expert Tip – Your Tour and Agent Inventory QR codes are listed at the bottom of the drop down. These can be added to the postcard in any image position.

7. Once you have selected all your photos, enter the property description you would like displayed on the tour. Type in the text box labeled “Property Description” to enter your text. Expert Tip – The text displayed will be automatically sized based on the length of the description. If you preview your postcard and the text is too small, remove some of description text to enlarge it.

   Note: If you do not see this box, the postcard template you have chosen was not designed to include a description. If you would like description included on your postcard, please select a different template.

8. Click the red button labeled “Save and Update Preview”
9. You will see the small preview of the postcard refresh, click “View Full Size” to see the front of your postcard! If you need to make any edits to the information entered, close your full size postcard preview and make any necessary changes on Edit Print Media page. Note: If any of the listing details (MLS Number, price, beds, baths, etc.) need to be changed, you will need to change them on the Features tab of your tour.
10. Now we need to create the backside of your postcard. Click button labeled “Back to Flyers and Postcards”.

12. Choose the back template you would like to use. Make sure to match the template size with what you selected for your front template (6″x4″ or 5″x3.75″).

13. Enter any comments you would like to appear on the back. Note:  If you do not see this box, the postcard template you have chosen was not designed to include comments on the back. If you would like comments included, please select a different back template.

14. Choose if you would like the REALTOR logo   displayed on your postcard.

15. Click “Save and Update Preview”.
16. You will see the small preview of the postcard refresh, click View Full Size to see the back of your postcard. If you need to make any edits to the information entered, close your full size postcard preview and make any necessary changes on Edit Print Media page.
17. The front and back of your postcard are now ready to be printed.

A new window displaying your flyer will open. At the top of the page, click the link “Download a Hi-Res PDF Version”.

Your page will refresh and the PDF version will be loaded. To save the PDF, hover your mouse over the bottom of the page and click the disk icon.

The save window will now appear. Choose the location where you would like to save the file using the drop down menu titled “Save in”. Enter a file name for your PDF flyer. Click the “Save” button.

5. You will be directed to a Google account settings page, click the “Grant access” button. Note: If you are not already logged into your YouTube account, you will first be directed to log in.

6. Your TourFactory YouTube status will now display “Authorized”.Note: You must already have a YouTube channel for us to be able to post your tour videos.
